Day 1: Istanbul Airport Pickup
Private Shuttle (Arrival to Havalimanı International New Airport) from Istanbul Airport Transfer.

Day 2: Istanbul City Tour & Night Bus to Goreme
Spend an evening dining with a modern-day Turkish family whose genuine sense of hospitality is known worldwide. Walk through the historical Sultanahmet streets among picturesque wooden-houses and call in on a Turkish tea house where you can play backgammon and smoke Nargile (Turkish water pipe) with the locals.

Day 3: Cappadocia Highlights Tour
We will depart around 9:00 am for a full day tour, starting at the “Fairy Chimneys” in Devrent Valley, Paşabağ (Monks’) Valley, before practising pottery production using ancient techniques in Avanos. We will also visit Göreme's open-air museum to see some of the earliest churches and chapels that are carved out of the rock alongside beautiful frescoes whose colours still retain their original vibrancy. We'll finish off at Uçhisar Castle, the highest point in the region.

Day 5: Cappadocia History Tour & Night bus to Istanbul
Discover the fairy-like chimneys, houses, monasteries and castles carved out of giant volcanic rock formations in the surreal and spectacular landscape of Cappadocia. See unique sights and learn about the interesting history and culture of the region in Dervent Valley, Pasabagi, Avanos, Goreme, Esentepe, Uchisar and Pigeon Valley.

Day 6: Afternoon Bosphorus Cruise
Discover the Golden Horn, the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbour of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of İstanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantines. The residential area for Byzantine Jews, Italian traders, and other non-muslim minorities. Drive along the traces of history at Balat viewing Metal Church of St. Stephen the Bulgarian, Jewish Hospital (Or-Ahayim), Fener Orthodox Patriarchate and 22 km long Byzantine City Walls, strongest fortification of the middle age. Enjoy a Bosphorus Cruise, through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments. Then see Rumeli Fortress from the boat, a historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus.
On the morning tour, we will also visit the Spice Bazaar with its mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. On the afternoon tour, we will instead take a cable car to Pierre Loti Coffee House.
