Itinerary

Day 1 : Itinerary
Pick-up (7:15AM - 7:45AM) From Sydney, choose one of the three city based pick up locations offered and confirm with the operator on 02 9318 0853 which one you chose. Meet Your Guide Your guide plays relaxing tunes as you head north across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, over the Hawkesbury River, and onto Australia’s oldest wine production region — the renowned Hunter Valley! Tastings + Production Tour First stop is an outstanding boutique winery where an expert takes you on an exclusive “behind the scenes” production tour, followed by tastings of their outstanding red and white wines including the region’s famous varietals including shiraz and semillon. Wine + Cheese Paired Tasting Taste single source varietals paired with locally produced, award winning cheese. Lunch Enjoy a choice of one course lunch with a complimentary glass of wine or beer at a contemporary Hunter Valley restaurant. Most dietary requirements catered for. Please advise at time of booking Local Spirits Tasting Feeling content, our next stop is to jolt those senses with spirits tastings including vodka, gin and schnapps at a local distillery. Always a laugh and very educational! Wine + Chocolate Paired Tasting A great way to end the day with a seated tasting of local Hunter valley wine paired with locally made chocolate. Be sure to grab some final Instagramable photos and a last souvenir before returning to Sydney for a drop off at approximately 7.00pm

Departs 7.15am St Laurence Church, 812 George St, Haymarket. 
Departs 7.30am St Andrew’s Cathedral, Bathurst St next to Sydney Town Hall. 
Departs 7.45am The Obelisk, Macquarie Place Park, cnr Loftus St & Bridge St, 
Circular Quay. 

Tour returns at: 7.00pm approx
