"I travelled across the east coast from Brisbane to Cairns. Student Uni Travel has extremely dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic agents who plan the best trip for a really good price. My agent Yana panned the entire trip for me with the best hostels and activities that suit me. I did zero research for this trip yet I had the most amazing trip thanks to Yana. She was in constant contact with me throughout the duration of my trip and made sure every activity went as per plan. I faced a situation where an activity had to be postponed, on contacting my agent she sorted the entire situation within an hour, this included rescheduling all my bookings and bus tickets for the following 2 weeks. Yana solved this situation during her private time to ensure my trip was perfect. The company even extended my stay in a location to make sure I have a good trip. I was extremely impressed by the way this problem was handled, I cannot imagine any other company going through all this trouble to satisfy their customers. I consider myself lucky to have such a dedicated, friendly and efficient agent like Yana to plan the perfect holiday for me with absolutely no hiccups.
