Adventure Awaits

Spend a day indulging in the spoils of the Yarra Valley, the stunning home to some of Victoria's best wineries (and views). Only an hour out of Melbourne, this tour treats palates to cider, beer and wine tastings, as well as delicious local produce.

Itinerary

Day 1:
We leave Melbourne by 8:00 am and head out to the Yarra Valley early to make the most of our day wining and dining! On the itinerary, we have a visit to Napoleone Brewery and Cider House to sample the onsite ciders and ales. We stop by Gateway Estate to check out some great local produce including relishes and cheese, plus the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery for free chocolate samples. Killara Estate Winery is where we will be making the most of the views, Italian inspired wines, and sharing afternoon platters. Our last point of call is either Hanrahan Winery or Punt Road for more quality wine sampling. Jump back on the mini bus, perhaps with a few local goods in tow, and arrive back in Melbourne around 5:00 pm.

Departure Times: 7:00-8:00 am

Check-in: Default departure from Immigration Museum, Corner of Flinders & Market Street 

Tour Returns: 4:30-5:00 pm

Additional Costs:

  • Attendees can purchase wine and produce from wineries throughout the day
  • Add an early morning hot air balloon flight departing from Yarra Valley for $405 per person

  • Attendees must be 18 years old

Did this tour on my visit to Melbourne, if you don’t have a lot of time to spend in Yarra Valley this tour will take you to the sports that are worth to visit, including a chocolate factory, fresh fruit market and many wineries. The lunch was in one of the wineries and was pretty good, the tour guy was extremely friendly. I enjoyed very much!

A fun day into the fabulous Yarra Valley, great lunch at Rochfords, a couple of informative visits into wineries also cider and beer places.fonishing up at a chocolate factory...if booking ask for Leon as your driver....he made it fun and was very informative.....well worth it
