We have taken overseas guests to this attraction on a number of occasions..it is well worth the cost and..a great insight into Maori culture. From the welcome to the hangi (dinner) was interesting and fun. Very well organised the dinner was absolutely yummy.

We had a really nice evening. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the end of the evening. it was cool seeing the Haka performed and also going to all of the different "stations" they had set up to talk about the early Maori way of life. The dinner was great! i would recommend it, it certainly made for a nice evening out. Our bus driver was very nice and informative, the drive back to our hotel afterwards was a bit cheesy though with some of the antics and singing "wheels on the bus" as we circle a roundabout several times.
