Adventure Moreton Island operates on the pristine beachfront of Tangalooma Island Resort on Moreton Island, offering a range of both water and land-based activities to keep you having fun in the sun all day long!

Itinerary

Day 1:
Adventurers are asked to check-in at the wharf at 6:00 am ready for their day on Moreton Island. The ferry departs from Pinkenba in Brisbane at exactly 7:00 am and it takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to Tangalooma. On arrival, Tangatours staff will be waiting to take you to your tour location. Enjoy a full day of fun and activities, choosing your own adventure on the island! We know if might be hard to go, but the ferry will be departing Tangalooma at 4:00 pm and returning you to Brisbane just after 5:00 pm.

Departure Times: 7:00 am from Pinkenba ferry

Please note - there are five locations available for Brisbane transfers from 5:15 am

Check-in: 6:00 am at the ferry

Tour Returns: Approximately 5:15 pm

Additional Costs:

  • Meals and drinks are not included in the tour price - customers are welcome to pack their own lunch or purchase from one of the cafes on the island
  • Dolphin Viewing, Two-hour Marine Discovery Cruise and Sea Scooter Safari can be added for $45 per activity

Ferry there was very comfortable Friendly helpful people. Lots to do. Kayaking was pleasant. Disappointed in snorkeling. Lots of fishermen around wrecks. I worried about getting caught in a hook. Instructions for snorkeling non existent.
